Earlier this week we got a little creative, with home made apple sauce, our sweet honey maple rub, and apple smoked pork tenderloin ❤️❤️ served with our home grown potatoes, and veggie & fry shake! Hands down even the toddlers ate it all!

9lb chicken loaded with our honey maple bbq rub, and thrown on the smoker, low and slow til it was time to crisp up the skin. Flavor was amazing, and juicey was an understatement, for our first try smoking a whole bird this way!
