Dynamite shrimp 🍤

Recipe:
Make a dynamite sauce first
1 cup mayonnaise
2 table spoon sweet chilli sauce
2 table spoon Sriracha sauce
Little bit paprika according to taste.
Mix everything together and leave a sauce on the side.

Now marinate the shrimp 🍤
Add 1/2 tea spoon salt n pepper and 2 table spoon soy sauce and one egg. Mix together. Let it sit for 15 20 minutes.
Now coat the shrimps in all purpose flour and corn starch and little bit salt and pepper in it.
Fry each side 2 minutes
Then mix the fried shrimps in the Dynamite sauce. 😋
