Happy Father's day 💙
Have you ever had a breakfast sandwich on a maple French cruller? With housemade maple sausage, bacon, eggs and a aged cheddar cream??
We went all out for brunch this week. You can even build your own Caesar.
Rumor has it, there might even be fresh strawberry waffles. Only one way to find out, friends. 😋

It's brunch feature time, friends. I made you some puff pastry. It's ok - I'm working on my triceps 💪 🙃
This is a French bistro inspired creamed leek and potato tart, topped with poached eggs, sweet dijon drizzle and some crispy potatoes on the side.
We also whipped up a lemon drop for you. Ooh- and a chai latte too.
Come for brunch. It's supposed to rain. Rainy day brunches are the best. Our patio is fully covered, and a great place to while away a rainy Sunday.

We are headed South with our Brunch feature this week. It's warm and 🌞, so I think you should come on over for some Northern hospitality, and some Southern food.
Sweet potato cornbread waffles topped with BBQ pork, poached eggs, sausage gravy and Georgia peach BBQ sauce.
Pair it up with this Southern Peach Fizz, or a big glass of sweet tea.

Is that asparagus 😍?!
It sure is.
Crab and asparagus thermidor - with some poached eggs to make it brunchy. A little arugula salad on the side and some smoked paprika oil.
We have some great brunch beverages as well - a Gin Daisy - two of my favorite things 😋
And this awesome rhubarb lemonade fizz for our mocktail selection.
Come for brunch, sit on the patio and start your Sunday right.

The star of brunch this week is definitely the rhubarb margarita- and it goes so well with these brisket chilaquiles.
Chilaquiles are a very popular brunch item in Mexican cuisine. Who doesn't want to eat nachos for breakfast? These ones have a little BBQ twist - some charro beans and BBQ beef brisket, topped with a little pico de gallo and cheese.
For our "mocktail" with this dish, we are keeping it super simple, and just serving up some ice cold Mexican Coke in glass bottles - and from someone who grew up drinking Coke in glass bottles - it sure is a treat now.

Crepes- are they sandwiches? Tacos? French tacos? Oui.
These ones are filled with roasted asparagus, bacon and havarti. Topped with eggs, and drizzled with spring herb oil, this is a great match for our awesome brunch cocktail. This week it's a French Twist, with Gin, OJ and sparkling wine.
All in all, French tacos and cocktails are a great way to start your Sunday. 🌞

Happy Mother's day y'all. I made my mom some macaroni art, but all of you responsible grown-ups are probably bringing your mom for brunch. Good choice 😁

The amount of asparagus I try to eat during asparagus season is probably not okay 😅 😕 but at least I'm willing to share.
This is a play on our classic "Amy's baked eggs".
Poached eggs baked in garlic cream sauce with smoked sausage, herb and garlic Havarti cheese, and roasted asparagus. Crispy potatoes and toast on the side.
We also have an awesome cocktail feature- a strawberry mojito.
Come on in for brunch 🤗

We have a fun brunch feature for you today, Sunday friends. This is a curry trio brunch served in crispy potatoes cups, with a little poached eggs on each, and some coriander chutney.
We have a paneer curry, a chicken curry and a potato and pea curry. They are all super delicious.
For your beverage selection, we have an iced coconut Chai latte.
And for you adventurous brunchies, a trio of cocktails to pair up with the curries.
Mango Lassi
Tamarind Sour
Mojito style Highball
This all sounds like an awesome way to spend your Sunday 🌞

Better late than never? Here is a picture of our awesome brunch feature for today.
Broccoli and cheddar quiche with a buttermilk crust. Crispy potatoes and bacon.
