A simple but yummy cre8tion... for a special "chanpagne" birthday!!

Our youngest son turned 11 on June 11th... and his only request was to have his favourite vanilla sponge with minimal icing and bunches of his favourite fruits... peaches, mangoes and strawberries. 🍓🥭🍑

He even helped me cut and decorate the top. 🥰

Cre8ting this 2-tier custom beauty was fun!! It doesnt hurt that it's one of my favourite flavours. Ube sponge, filled with vanilla buttercream and ube halaya, dressed and finished with ube buttercream. 🇵🇭💜

Three layers of our classic vanilla sponge cake, filled with cream cheese buttercream, strawberry compote and fresh strawberries.. then dressed in our Vanilla Lemon buttercream.

Our popular Ube cake made Gluten-free... filled with ube Halaya (jam) decorated with vanilla and ube flavored buttercream and topped with toasted coconut flakes and edible pearls. 💜
