Short notice limited supply notice. I had a hankering for some of my homemade Mole sauce and that has now turned into a dozen Mesquite Smoked Mole Sauced 1/2 chickens. If anyone is interested they will be ready for pickup between 3-5pm today. Will I make more? Maybe, but not today or tomorrow. Get them while you can.

And be sure to visit the shop, also open until 5 today.

PSA:

The full Smokehouse experience is currently only open Sat/Sun from Noon ‘til Sold Out (or 4pm). We are still trying out both Mondays and Fridays with a limited menu, but only when posted on this page.

The Shop is Open Mon, Thurs & Friday from 10am to 4pm or by appointment on weekdays (up to 7pm). I know not everyone can make it during normal business hours and that shouldn’t stop you from picking up some excellent sauces & rubs, pellets, or other BBQ gear.
