A little update from us. 🤍

As Placencia settles into the quieter season, we’re slowing down too. Our café will be operating on a reduced schedule for a little while.

We’re still here and we’d still love to cook for you. Whether it’s a private chef experience, a Heat & Serve family meal, catering for a celebration, or a breakfast, lunch, or dinner at the lagoon by reservation.

To everyone who has stopped in for a coffee, shared a meal, celebrated with us, or simply supported our little café—thank you so much! You’ve helped make this season so special, and we can’t wait to welcome you back again.

Today’s lunch is one of our favorites.

A slow-cooked South African-inspired leg of lamb curry, served with traditional yellow rice, hand-rolled roti, homemade mango chutney, and a fresh tomato & onion salad.

Prefer dinner at home? We also have it available as our Heat & Serve option for pickup at 4 PM.

Pineapple Chicken Kebabs served over white rice — tender marinated chicken, sweet caramelized pineapple, and plenty of flavor for a relaxing lunch by the lagoon.
