🍋 Our very first Literacy Society meeting was everything we hoped it would be—and more!

This month’s read, Meet Me in Italy, brought together an incredible group of women for an evening filled with thoughtful conversation, laughter, delicious refreshments, and beautiful on-theme décor.

Together, we rated the book out of ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐, discussed each character in depth, shared our thoughts on the ending, talked about whether we’d recommend it to others, and explored the different perspectives and emotions the story sparked. It was amazing to see how one book could lead to so many meaningful conversations.

One of the best parts? For many of the ladies, this was their very first book club experience, and hearing how much everyone enjoyed it made the day even more special.

Thank you to every member who joined us and made our first meeting such a success. We can’t wait to do it all again next month as we dive into our July selection, Yesteryear by Caro Claire Burke! 🌾💚

📚✨ Bloom Buds Book Club ✨📚

What a wonderful way to kick off our very first Bloom Buds meeting! 💚

This month, our young readers journeyed through The Incredible Journey and had an amazing time sharing their thoughts during our book discussion. Together, we explored the story through thoughtful questions, talked about each child’s perspective, learned new vocabulary words using context from the book, and celebrated a love for reading in a fun and engaging way.

To wrap up a great afternoon, everyone enjoyed pizza, drinks, and time with new friends! 🍕🥤

Watching these young readers build confidence, think critically, and share their ideas reminds us exactly why we created Bloom Buds. We can’t wait for our next adventure as we read The Wild Robot together in July! 🤖🌲

Today was filled with imagination, laughter, and creativity as our campers enjoyed story time with The True Story of the 3 Little Pigs before bringing the story to life with their own adorable animal puppet crafts. 🐷🐺🦁🐸

There’s nothing more rewarding than watching young readers fall in love with books while creating memories they’ll never forget. 💛
