You have no idea how much I appreciate you contacting me back and taking such an interest in resolving this. Usually if the product or service is not up to par I would just stop going to that business and spending money. Pizza Bella is a completely different case. I spent 3 years living on a base in Kuwait and the whole time I tried so many different places in Kuwait to have good pizza. I could never find anything that got close to decent. Any time I took a R&R trip I would always try to see if the country I was in had a place that was known for good pizza. Thailand, Jordan, Kuwait, nowhere in those 3 countries could I find anything worthwhile. In 2011 I was lucky enough to find a little shop in Goa, India that was run by an old Italian couple and after years of disappointment I had found a real prize.

I felt that exact same way when I moved to Bahrain and I tried Pizzabella for the first time. I know it may sound like I am making it out to be bigger than I should but pizza is something that I have amazing memories of going back to my childhood in Brooklyn NY. You don't realize how much enjoyment something as simple as good pizza can bring to you until you are in a place where you can't have it. Pizzabella is a great restaurant and from the lady who answers the phone to the guy who knocks on my door with the delivery I have always been very happy.Thank you very much for addressing the concern about the pies being cooked and you definitely have a lifelong customer in me.
