This Autumn 🍂 dessert gives a sublime tastes of walnuts in different ways. It has got different flavours and textures of walnuts.
The base is praline mousse, jus of walnut liqueur and on top has tonka bean caramel cream, passion fruit cremeux, orizaba cremeux, chocolate sponge, caramelised walnuts
