¡Impulsando sinergias en el sector del café! ☕✨

Hoy hemos recibido una visita muy especial en las instalaciones de la Fundación Finnova en Bruselas (Bélgica). Nos acompañan Oscar Medina (Founder & CEO) y Angela Ospina (Managing Director) de Kafedata EU.

Este encuentro da continuidad a la excelente colaboración iniciada en el marco del proyecto ECOFFEE, tras la destacada participación de Angela Ospina como ponente en nuestro evento oficial del pasado jueves, 11 de junio, en el European Committee of the Regions .

Durante la jornada, el equipo de Kafedata ha realizado una demostración de la preparación del tradicional café colombiano que han traído para compartir con nosotros, generando un valioso espacio de intercambio de conocimientos y experiencias.

Además de estrechar la cooperación internacional, esta reunión nos permite explorar nuevas oportunidades de innovación tecnológica en el ámbito de la bioeconomía circular.

A través de ECOFFEE, impulsamos modelos replicables que transforman los posos de café procedentes del sector HORECA y del vending en recursos de alto valor añadido, contribuyendo a una economía más circular y alineada con los objetivos del Pacto Verde Europeo.

Gracias a Oscar Medina, Angela Ospina y a todo el equipo de Kafedata EU por vuestra visita, por compartir vuestra experiencia y por seguir construyendo alianzas que impulsan la innovación y la sostenibilidad en el sector del café.
