A few days back, I visited Les Halles Boulangerie-Pâtisserie at EPCOT, Orlando, USA—and it truly felt like stepping into a little corner of France 🇫🇷✨
From the crème brûlée, éclair, lemon meringue tart, and quiche I tried, every item reflected such beautiful French craftsmanship and authentic flavor.
The cozy atmosphere, the aroma of fresh bakes, and the lively experience made it even more memorable.
This visit really inspired me to do more for Ferdousy’s—to keep learning, improving, and creating desserts that reflect more passion, detail, and creativity in every bite 🥐💛
