An evening of considered flavours, distinguished rum, refined dining and the art of pairing.

Join us at Saké on Thursday, 29 October for a Mount Gay x Saké dining experience with Head Chef Scott Ames.

Enjoy a welcome cocktail and a three-course menu paired with 15 and 25 Year Old Mount Gay rums, with Mount Gay hosts and Chef Scott, who also leads the Barbados Rum Club, on hand throughout the evening to share the stories and inspiration behind each pairing. Eco Sky Water will also be sponsoring water for each table.
