Every bowl of Dal Makhni has a little story behind it. 🤎

Born in the heart of Punjab, this humble combination of black lentils and kidney beans became something truly special when it was cooked low and slow, finished with butter, cream, and warming spices.

It’s the kind of dish that reminds you of home — rich, comforting, smoky, and made with patience. ✨

At Aangan, our Dal Makhni is prepared with that same love: slowly simmered until every spoonful becomes creamy, deep and full of flavour.

Because some dishes aren’t just food…
they’re memories served in a bowl. ❤️

Come and taste one of Punjab’s most loved classics at Aangan.
