Our new Limited Release this weekend is a 桃气乌龙 / Peach Oolong.

Founded in 2021 by Olina Cai, Poject One Light is a Yunnan coffee processing business located in the heart of Yunnan. The POL team are passionate about the well-being of everyone in the coffee supply chain, and are unwavering in the pursuit of consistent and sustainable improvement on Yunnan coffee quality. They believe that any special processing technique is a means to elevate inherent qualities of the beans, rather than compensating for any deficiencies. Through temperature and humidity control in anaerobic vessels, followed by 2 weeks of sun-drying on shelves, this lot has notes of lychee, rose, and strawberry.
