Culture in Motion, our dining experience at , is almost here - and it’s an evening you won’t want to miss.

and are joining forces for a shared feast that honours NSW artisan producers and the world’s oldest continuous food culture. Think native ingredients, fire, earth and sea - brought to life on one stunning menu, with wines paired by our Sommelier .
