Take our Strawberry Jam Compote for example 🍓

We slowly reduce fresh strawberries, add just a touch of sweetness, and finish it with freshly squeezed lemon juice to create the perfect balance of flavour. Paired with our pure Japanese matcha, it creates one of our favourite combinations.
