This celebration is about our community, our volunteers, our supporters and everyone who has been part of the Food Hub journey over the past 10 years.

🎉 WE’RE SO EXCITED TO SHARE SOME AMAZING NEWS! 🎉

We are incredibly proud to announce that Cushla & David have been named Semi-Finalists in the 2026 7NEWS NSW/ACT Community Achievement Awards – Local Legend Award!

For years, Cushla and David have poured their hearts into supporting the Tenterfield Food Hub and our local community. This recognition is a wonderful acknowledgement of their dedication, compassion and the difference they make in the lives of others.

But this achievement isn’t just theirs — it belongs to our whole Tenterfield Food Hub family.

To our amazing volunteers, supporters, donors and everyone who has stood behind the Food Hub — thank you! Your support makes everything we do possible.

You’re Always Welcome at Tenterfield Food Hub & Community Cup

Looking for a little extra support with groceries, a friendly chat, or a warm place to connect with others?

Join us this Wednesday at the Tenterfield Food Hub, where we’re committed to supporting people in need in our community with low-cost groceries, free fresh produce (when available), and a welcoming environment.

While you’re here, stop by our Community Cup Cafe and enjoy a free barista-made coffee, a delicious hot bowl of homemade soup, and some friendly conversation. It’s a place to take a break, meet others, and feel supported.

🌭 Sausage Sizzle This Wednesday at the Tenterfield Food Hub! 🌭

There’s even more reason to stop by this Wednesday!

Join us for a Sausage Sizzle from 12:00 pm – 1:00 pm, then browse the Food Hub from 12:30 pm – 3:00 pm.

A gold coin donation for the sausage sizzle is appreciated, with proceeds helping support the ongoing work of the Tenterfield Food Hub.

Our Community Cup Café will also be open, serving a free hot bowl of homemade soup, tea, coffee and a welcoming place to sit, chat and connect with others.

Friendly Reminder: Tenterfield Food Hub & Community Cup Cafe are open tomorrow!

We know how tough things are right now with the rising cost of living, and no one should have to struggle alone. Whether you need a bit of extra help stretching the household budget or just a welcoming spot to connect, our doors are open for everyone.

Pop by and see us at 113 Bulwer Street, Tenterfield.

Opening Hours for Wednesday:

Community Cup Cafe: 11:30am – 2:30pm
Enjoy FREE hot soup, hot drinks (tea, coffee, hot chocolate, chai), smoothies, and refreshments. Come sit down, have a chat, and warm up!

Food Hub: 12:30 pm – 3:00 pm
Pick up low-cost groceries, fresh fruit & veg, bread, pet food, and personal hygiene essentials.

Please note: Food Hub purchases are Cash Only.

If you’re looking to stretch your grocery budget a little further, come and visit us. You’ll find low-cost groceries, fresh fruit and vegetables, pet food, and household items in a friendly, welcoming environment.

Drop into the Community Cup Café!
While you’re here, why not stay a while? Enjoy a free barista-made hot drink, smoothie, soup, or other refreshments. It’s a wonderful opportunity to relax and connect with others in our community.
