🍄 A little more than your usual mushrooms on toast.

This week’s brunch special is our Mushroom Bruschetta; with mushrooms, poached eggs, semi-dried tomato, spinach, pesto, spiced seeds and goat’s cheese served on sourdough.

It’s earthy and savoury, with creamy goat’s cheese, fresh pesto and plenty of texture from the spiced seeds; finished with those all-important poached eggs. 🍳
