👍 THUMBS UP FROM JACKO!

A very happy chef at Project Independence tonight, as Jacko proudly plated up his own bangers and mash, complete with red onion gravy! 👨‍🍳

And this is exactly what these cooking sessions are all about.

Yes, we’re learning how to cook — but we’re also building confidence, independence and practical skills that can be used every day.

From preparing ingredients and following a recipe, to cooking a meal and proudly putting that finished plate on the table — every step builds capability and confidence.

Judging by that thumbs up, we reckon Jacko was pretty pleased with tonight’s effort too! 🙌
