Welcome to Embers!
We're Jordan and Linda, and after 14 incredible years running The Cavity in Venus Bay, we are thrilled to bring our passion for great food, warm hospitality and lively vibes to our next chapter.
We have over 30 year's experience cooking and running restaurants around Europe and Australia so hospitality is simply in our blood. Jordan is the driving force of the kitchen whilst Linda manages the front, and you will usually see our five kids popping in for free food or occasionally helping out......if we beg enough!
What can you expect when you walk through the doors?

Fresh, flavor filled seasonal dishes with a social tapas area as well as a full al la carte menu for the rest of the restaurant.

Cold b**r on tap, extensive w**e menu, creative signature cocktails and classic favorites.

A welcoming, relaxed setting where every guest feels like a local regular.
Whether you're stopping by for a casual drink, a family dinner or a night out with friends, we can't wait to welcome you in.
