What flavors do we have? ☺️

These are some of the flavors that were created last Winter and you get to enjoy until today.

There are currently 9-10 flavors in our menu, but we have almost 20 flavors in our catering menu.

Winter is when I get the chance to explore, test, get feedback from family and friends.

Is when I get to spend hours in the computer with my spreadsheets, balancing recipes, finding new suppliers, getting everything ready to jump on the kitchen and finally cook.

And Winter is coming!! This means more flavors will be created, ready for next Summer.

Meet Ananda – the heart behind Port Lincoln Gelato Co! 🍦

Born in Brazil, she’s called Australia home for 8 years and Lincoln for the last 3 — and we are so lucky she ended up here! What started as a deep passion for creating her own recipes almost accidentally became Port Lincoln Gelato Co. — best accident ever!

Every flavour is handcrafted by her, with fresh natural ingredients and zero shortcuts — no pre-mixes, no artificial anything. She even creates gluten-free and dairy-free options that actually taste incredible, because good gelato should be for everyone!

Lincoln welcomed her so warmly and this is her way of giving back to this community — one scoop at a time. 🤍

It started at the markets.

Sunny days, a pop-up tent, a small machine (or 4 small machines, when things really picked up!), and a lot of gelato made with love.

Port Lincoln Gelato Co. was born there - serving families, testing flavors, figuring it out one batch at a time.

But we’ve been quietly working on our next growing step.

Something bigger, with farther reach, and even better quality.

New kitchen. New machine. New chapter.

We’ll be at the Cara Summer Social - and honestly, we couldn’t be happier about it.

To some of our favorite, most loyal gelato lovers - you know who you are. The ones who brighten up our day every single time we see you. We hope to see you all there! 🧡

Cara has been supporting South Australians with disability for over 76 years, and being part of their Summer Social is something we are genuinely proud of. It’s a beautiful event for a beautiful community - and we’ll be there with our homemade gelato ready to go.
