Mia Cucina in Hillary's is seeking an experienced and motivated Bar Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations during service.
This role is hands-on and service-focused, requiring coffee, cocktail skills, solid wine knowledge and the ability to manage a fast-paced bar environment to a high standard.
Working closely with the Venue Manager and wider FOH team, you will play a key role in setting the tone for bar service, maintaining quality and consistency, and creating an engaging guest experience.
· Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Bar Supervisor or similar leadership role
· Proven coffee and cocktail-making skills and experience working behind a busy bar
· General knowledge of wine
· Current RSA certification
· Strong organisational and communication skills
· Ability to remain calm and focused during busy periods
· Flexible availability, including nights and weekends
