For years, Double Ristretto has been part of the Richmond Market family, keeping our vendors and visitors fuelled with their favourite coffee fix. They're those familiar faces that just make market mornings feel right!

A little coffee trivia: Coffee beans are actually the seeds of a fruit called a coffee cherry. So technically, your morning coffee started life as fruit!

Fun fact: I accidentally posted this photo earlier with nothing but the word “Coffee”.

That was the entire post. Just… Coffee... my mind must have been elsewhere.

And looking at this combo, can you really blame me? A freshly made coffee from Double Ristretto alongside a delicious baked treat from Luv U More Pastries & Breads is a pretty convincing argument for a Saturday morning market visit.

So consider this the properly caffeinated version of the post. ☕😋

This is a perfect example of being
✨ environmentally friendly ✨

If you get a cup tray from your local cafe or coffee van and use it for (let’s be honest) probably less than 5 minutes - one of the easiest and smartest things you can do is reuse it or return it to the place you got it from.
Providing things like cup trays, napkins and cup sleeves is a necessary part of running a business - but they all cost money and it does add up over time.

I know I can always count on the staff at Chisholm Catholic Primary to reduce, reuse and recycle ♻️ 🙌

☕ Did you know coffee beans aren’t actually beans?

They’re the seeds found inside coffee cherries, the fruit of the coffee plant. And the flavour in your cup can be influenced by everything from where the coffee is grown and how it’s processed, to how the beans are roasted.

Fortunately, Double Ristretto know what to do with them from there! 😄☕
