Meet Yiayia Lenia.
Many of the dishes and flavours you’ll find at Ammos have their roots in Yiayia’s kitchen. Growing up, we spent countless hours watching her cook, learning the importance of quality ingredients, traditional techniques, and the love that goes into every meal.
To this day, Yiayia is still cooking, still teaching, and still reminding us that the best food is made to bring people together. Some of the recipes we serve at Ammos are inspired directly by her, while others carry the flavours and traditions we grew up with around her table.
Ammos is more than just a restaurant to us it’s a celebration of our family’s heritage, the recipes we’ve been fortunate enough to learn, and the memories that continue to shape who we are.
