Coffee is the reason we turn the lights on in the morning 💙

Our beans come from Five Senses, and our house blend, Darkhorse, was built just for us. Alongside it sits a rotating single origin, so there’s always something new for the curious.

But good beans are only half of it…Every shot gets dialled in, every jug of milk gets steamed with care, and every cup gets a once-over before it leaves the bench. If it’s not right, it doesn’t go out.

We’re a little obsessive about it, and we’re fine with that. You’ll taste the difference, even if you can’t quite put your finger on it.

Our take on a pommy classic: beans on toast. 🤤

Cannellini beans slow cooked with chorizo, bacon, carrot, onion and tomato, a big bunch of rosemary and thyme, a little garlic and a splash of sherry vinegar. Piled onto a double-thick slice of white toast and finished with freshly grated manchego. 🫘🥕🍅🥓

Nothing out of a tin here. On the specials board for the school holidays only ( maybe beyond…. 👀
