The Stampers Mess - Genna Gifford Based in Cranbourne North, Victoria and serving stampers Australia-wide! Being a Stampin’ Up! Demonstrator is so much more than I thought it would or could be.

I signed up to justify the time I wanted to spend being creative but couldn’t fit in around my busy life. And what I found is an endless array of people to meet and share my passion with. My solitary hobby is now the means of getting equal pleasure from learning, teaching and sharing the world of stamping. And the rewards go far beyond allowing myself to indulge my passion. I get to share it with

others and watch as they grow and develop in their skills. There’s nothing better than seeing someone get such joy from creations they didn’t know they were capable of. Add to that the friendships I’ve formed with customers and fellow demonstrators, the skills I’ve learnt, the cards, scrapbook pages, gift and keepsakes I’ve created and there simply is no looking back. Spot the difference.
One of the cards in my hot foil class next week is an interactive one.
These two photos are of the same card - did you notice that the central butterfly has moved?
That's because it's attached to a weight that lets it flitter and flutter about when the card moves.

After getting hooked on experimenting, I've finally got all the projects sorted for my Hot Foiling class next week. And here they are.
The butterfly card is an interactive one and the main butterfly flits and flickers about on the circle because of hidden weights.

You'll be getting FIVE chances to use the Hot Foil System.
Twice on the first card, twice on the second and you'll make the whole set of greetings on the third and keep the rest for future projects.

Merry Christmas in July! With everybody's individual schedules we don't get a chance to do this very often so we made sure to fit in 'Little Christmas' before July ended.
A few decorations, low key gifts, and a roast turkey meal with some of the trimmings. Such a lovely way to spend a Monday afternoon. Simple, low effort, fun, family time that feels just a little special.
It's almost a shame that Melbourne put on some decent weather so we didn't get the wintery huddled inside kind of feel.

I had an amazing day in Melbourne yesterday with fabulous fellow Stampin' Up! leaders from all over Australia & NZ.
We had some great training, sneak peeks at new products (that I can't share yet), got some lovely Stampin' Up! swag, created a card with the August Paper Pumpkin kit, played some games and had lots of networking and socialising time.
There was also a display of projects that everyone brought along to share.
It was a very much needed full immersion into a crafty world with a bunch of friends, old and new, including my travel buddy Jacinta (https://www.facebook.com/StampingWithJacinta/)
