One of the great things about roasting coffee is seeing it become part of communities well beyond our own backyard.

In Cootamundra, Toscas is doing exactly that.

They're serving our Bueller's Blend, a crowd favourite that's equally at home in a flat white as it is in a long black.

Today marked the opening day for this new Mansfield bakery, and we're proud to have them as part of the Merchant family.

If you've been following their journey, you'll know plenty of hard work has gone into getting the doors open. Now it's time for the fun part! Great coffee, fresh bakes, and welcoming customers through the door.

They're pouring Knight Rider Blend. Knight Rider, with notes of dark chocolate, caramel and roasted nuts is built to shine in milk but also holds its own as a black coffee.

If you're in Mansfield, be sure to drop in, grab a coffee, and check out what the team has been working on.
