First of all, we would like to sincerely thank everyone who has continued to support, trust, and show kindness to our shop. As a small local business, your support and encouragement mean more to us than words can express.

We have always tried to run our business with care, honesty, and responsibility. Our goal is to provide delicious, high-quality food together with friendly and genuine service. We understand that attention to detail and customer satisfaction are the foundations that allow our shop to continue operating and growing.

We genuinely appreciate all constructive feedback, including comments about areas where we may need to improve, because they give us an opportunity to reflect and do better. However, recently, several anonymous accounts have repeatedly posted false information about our shop on local community pages. They have also left one-star reviews containing serious and unreasonable allegations that do not reflect the truth.

We do not know what is motivating these actions—whether it is unfair competition, a personal grievance, or another reason. Whatever the motive may be, we sincerely ask the person or people responsible to stop.

We are currently documenting and gathering all relevant posts, reviews, images, and other evidence. If this behaviour continues, we will report it to the relevant platforms and work with the appropriate authorities to protect our shop’s reputation, our legal rights, and our customers’ peace of mind.
