We have a new signature dish. The ‘Half n Half’ with a homemade chicken schnitzel and your choice of pasta 🤗

Back in the late 80’s, early 90’s, this was a fan favourite at the Grand Central Hotel. Mary and Frank (Nonna and Nonno) offered this very dish and had a packed out restaurant every lunch service. Mary’s homemade schnitzel and spaghetti napolitana. Nonna still makes the same dish at 94 years old for family.
