As we wait for our oven to be fixed, we are putting on some special things this Friday (tomorrow) at the Lancefield Mechanics Institute.

We will have:

This is sad to read and i can personally resonate with this having lived through it.
It takes a special kind of strength, persistence and courage to open something in these areas, and even more to stick it out through the off seasons.

Go and make this guys last month one to remember 🙏

Hey everyone, we have held out as long as we can but have finally had to make the tough call that this will be our last month of regular nights at our spot in Romsey….

It hasn’t been an easy decision and we appreciate all the support from our regulars over the past year but the reality is we just haven’t been doing enough volume to make ends meet so I will be going back to a full time job to pay the bills.

This isn’t the end for Jojo’s and we will continue to do occasional private events, pop ups and markets so keep an eye out for us in the future!.

This seems to an increasingly common situation for small businesses, especially with the economy at the moment so I would like to take the opportunity to remind everyone to support local where you can! Small businesses are what create variety and keep our community’s unique but many owners are struggling and they can’t survive without your support.

Get your Mexican food fix while you can….You will be able to find us at our regular spot (88 Main Street Romsey) for the rest of June on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday nights from 5-8pm. Tell your friends!

Reflecting on attending the recent Australian pizza championships in Sydney as a visitor got me thinking of 2023, competing in the World Pizza Championships in Parma against 800 competitors around the world.
What a thrill that was to be apart of something so special.

However, I've recently taken a step back from the desire of wanting to compete as I've had mixed thoughts and feelings surrounding what would make the best pizza chef, and of recent years working on my own hybrid versions of blending my favourite styles of pizza together to create something completely unique.

Would it impress?
Or would it turn them away from being seen as non traditional?

I love and respect the concept of competing and representing yourself, your brand or your country, but I don’t know if that's everything that makes us love our craft.

As I work towards finding a new venue in the Ranges to call S.O.P home, I personally can't wait to show off what I think defines true pizza making.
Rather than the best pizza chef awards, but the art of crafting uniqueness in its own way that no one can replicate.
This is only the beginning to something great.

Our signature Sicilian x Roman thick crust hybrid pizza is making an appearance.
Simply come in and choose your cannoli and pizza flavours, and we will get them ready for you.
