Most Indian curries start with onion and garlic. Jain cooking leaves out both, along with all root vegetables.

It's one of the hardest ways to cook Indian food well, and our kitchen loves the challenge. Chef Ranvir builds the flavour from whole spices, tomatoes and slow cooking, so every dish is full of flavour.

Jain meals are available on request. Just mention it when you book, and let us know your preferences. Whether you keep it simple or follow stricter guidelines on certain days, we'll prepare your dish to suit you.
