Hansa’s Steak & Grill (Mordialloc) is hiring an experienced Front of House team member to join us on a casual basis for 3–4 shifts per week (lunch and dinner, Wed–Sat). If you’re confident on the floor, genuinely hospitable, and enjoy working in a premium steakhouse with a tight-knit team, we’d love to hear from you.
What we’re looking for
Proven FOH experience (table service, POS, handling busy services)
Warm, professional customer service and strong communication
Reliable and available for a mix of lunch/dinner shifts
Current RSA certificate (required)
What you’ll be doing
Greeting and looking after guests from start to finish
Taking orders, running food & drinks, and keeping service smooth
Supporting the team to deliver a standout dining experience
