Banana Date Nut Loaf 🌱 that's wholesome and delicious. Gluten free, dairy free, egg free, no seed oil or added sugar or honey. This plant based loaf freezes beautifully in individual portions ready to pop in your lunch box. Toasted in a sandwich maker caramelises the dates to perfection or delicious just as it is. I always pop one in my bag when heading out for the day, I find a slice of this keeps the hunger away for hours.
