🏉🔥 YEPPOON OZTAG SUPER SATURDAY IS COMING! 🔥🏉

Get ready for a HUGE return back to Yeppoon Oztag next week!!

We have games starting back on Tuesday the 6th October, and then a great day of Oztag action on Saturday 10th October, with games kicking off from 8:30am!
Watch out for the draw being released early next week. (Tuesday’s game will be released on Friday as normal)

With over 120 games being played throughout the week, Barmaryee is going to be buzzing!

☕️ A little reminder about NEW bookings with Coffee Kate’s Cart for your event…

With the cost of fuel and pretty much everything else continuing to add up, I thought it was a good time to clarify how my event bookings work.

Coffee Kate’s Cart is a service that you are booking for your event.

Bringing the cart out means fuel, travel time, preparation, stock, staffing, set-up, pack-down and operating costs — as well as committing that date to your event instead of another booking.

For this reason, I have a minimum $500 booking requirement for Gracemere/Rockhampton for any new events, with a refundable $500 deposit payable at the time of booking to secure your date.

The good bit? Your guests’ purchases count towards that $500.

If sales reach $500 → your deposit is fully refunded.
If sales reach $400 → $400 is refunded.
If sales reach $250 → $250 is refunded.

So you’re not necessarily paying $500 for us to attend — you’re guaranteeing a minimum of $500 in trade for having the cart provide a service at your event.

Events outside Gracemere/Rockhampton may have a higher minimum depending on distance, travel time and fuel costs.

I absolutely appreciate every invitation to attend an event, but exposure or the opportunity to trade isn’t payment for providing the service.

If you’d like Coffee Kate’s Cart at your event, send me the date, location, times and expected numbers and I’ll provide the booking requirements. ☕️🤎
