Say hello to the newest dish on our menu: Crying Tiger! 🐯

Ever wondered how it got its name? In Thai it's 'suea rong hai', which means 'the tiger cries'. Some say the dipping sauce is so fiery it could make a tiger cry. Others say a tiger wept after a hunter beat him to the best cut of beef. Our favourite? As the beef grills, the fat drips onto the hot coals like falling tears.
