Happy 20th Bayden! 🎂
This guy shows up every shift and puts out food like this — and last week he turned 20.
We're lucky to have him in our kitchen.

Every dish has an origin story. This one’s ours. 🍝

Picture it: Leigh plates up something off-menu, walks it out, sets it down. Bec takes one bite and goes — “this has to go on the menu.”

And just like that, The Leigh-igi was born. Casarecce, spicy nduja, smoky bacon, parmesan and a bacon crumb that finishes it off. Named after the man who made it.
