If you're craving something a little different, be sure to try their authentic Thai favourites:
🥟 Thai Chicken Spring Rolls – crispy, golden pastry filled with seasoned chicken and traditional Thai herbs and spices. Served 3 per serve for just $9.
🥔 Thai Vegetarian Curry Puffs – flaky pastry filled with a fragrant, mildly spiced vegetable curry. A perfect vegetarian option, also 3 per serve for $9.

🌟 Meet the Team – Martin

Today we're shining the spotlight on our wonderful team member, Martin, as he gets ready to head home to France next Monday. ✈️

From the moment Martin arrived at Forrest Beach Resort, he quickly became a valued member of our team. Always happy to help and get involved, Martin was never afraid to try something new or lend a hand wherever needed. From renovations and cleaning to painting what felt like every corner of the resort, he truly did a bit of everything, earning himself the title of our very own Picasso! 🎨

Originally from Chambéry, France, Martin is currently studying Computer Science and is heading back to France to continue his studies. 💻

Outside of his studies, Martin is a true lover of adventure and the outdoors. He grew up in the French Alps, he enjoys climbing, hiking, and exploring the mountains 🧗‍♂️

It has been an absolute pleasure having Martin as part of the Forrest Beach Seaside Resort team. His hard work, great attitude, and especially his willingness to always help others have made a real difference. He will definitely be missed.

Thank you, Martin, for everything you have done for us. We wish you a safe journey home, lots of success with your studies, and many more adventures ahead. We hope you’ll come back and visit us at Forrest Beach one day! ❤️

🌟 Meet the Team – Eloise

This week we're shining the spotlight on our wonderful team member, Eloise, as she gets ready to head home to France next Monday.

Originally from Chambéry, France, Eloise grew up on a dairy farm and has always had a love for horses. 🐄🐴

She also holds a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communication and Event Project Management, bringing plenty of creativity and enthusiasm to our team.

Since joining us, Eloise has been involved in so much more than just day-to-day operations. She's rolled up her sleeves and helped with our renovations, painting, cleaning, and all the behind-the-scenes work that's helping transform Forrest Beach Resort into something special.

We've loved having her as part of the team, and while we're sad to see her go, we're incredibly excited for her as she returns to France to continue her studies.

Thank you for all your hard work, positive attitude, and the smiles you've brought to the resort, Eloise. ❤️ We wish you all the very best for the future and hope you'll come back and visit us one day!

Gratitude Post…

A Huge Thank You to Our Amazing Community.

We just wanted to take a moment to say a heartfelt thank you to everyone who has supported Forrest Beach Seaside Resort since we reopened.

To our local community, neighbouring businesses, visitors, and everyone who has stopped in for a cold drink or shopped in our bottle shop, we truly appreciate every single one of you. The support you've shown has honestly been overwhelming, and we're incredibly grateful.

As many of you know, we're still finding our feet and working hard behind the scenes to bring the resort back to life. We know there are still a few wrinkles to iron out, and while we won't get everything perfect straight away, we're doing the very best we can every day.
Thank you for your patience, your encouragement, and your honest feedback. It all helps us improve, and we're listening.

This is just the beginning for Forrest Beach Seaside Resort, and we're excited about what's still to come. We're so grateful to have such an incredible community behind us.
