The Groove Train began in Melbourne in 1998 and was created on the foresight of Rocky Veneziano. He envisioned a quality taste alternative to the mainstream fast food eateries. The Groove Train was to be light on the wallet for the average person, loaded with flavour and signed with a standard of service that would later become The Groove Train legacy. After the first store opened it generated imm

ediate success as patron numbers climbed and word spread. The Groove Train soon added two more restaurants and attracted a crowd of “Groovers” in Melbourne. In the following years momentum continued to increase and store numbers doubled, tripled and expanded interstate. Today The Groove Train is growing franchise of 22 restaurants Australia wide.
