🍜✨ Introducing our Signature Consommé Shoyu, a labor of love by Chef Tomo!

Day 1: Spent 8 hours crafting the first broth with chicken, pork, scallops, kombu, and fresh vegetables.

Day 2: Clarified it using egg whites, chicken and pork mince, special shoyu, and octopus jus, simmering for another 5 hours to achieve that golden-clear perfection.

This masterpiece is served with smoked pork loin, slow-cooked pork scotch fillet and charcoal-flavored chicken breast, all chashu cut to order for maximum moisture and flavor.

A true testament to the passion and dedication behind every bowl of ramen! 🍜❤️
