Our hearts are with Colombia. 🤍 After the earthquake in Chocó this August, so many families are in need of support, and the country that grows so much of the coffee we love deserves some love back.

For every bag of Andres Martinez sold, Night Swim Coffee is contributing $5 to The House Project, a humanitarian non-profit that reaches underserved communities and helps meet their most pressing needs. This is a co-fermented, honey processed coffee from Cauca with notes of blackberry, watermelon candy, hibiscus, and caramel.

NEW natural coffee: Yabitu Koba ☕️🍎

We taste raspberry, apple, Fig Newton, and hibiscus.

This coffee comes from Uraga, Guji, Ethiopia, grown from Ethiopian landraces and naturally processed. The farmers here belong to the Oromo people and speak Oromiffa, keeping a quiet, ancestral lifestyle centered around coffee farming.

Pumpkin Spice: our famous PSL is back! House made pumpkin puree with cozy spices.

🍁 Brevard:
• Maple Walnut Chai: Rishi masala chai sweetened with a housemade maple and walnut syrup.
• Cardamom Bun Capp: A hot cappuccino featuring a housemade brown sugar cardamom syrup, dusted with cinnamon sugar.
• Peach Cobbler Latte: A latte with peach syrup infused with nutmeg, cinnamon, and clove. Served hot or iced.

🍫 Oakhurst:
• Complete Mess: Carrot cake cold brew or latte topped with a cream cheese cold foam and a sprinkle of nutmeg sugar.
• Mrs. All American: Maple waffle syrup in a latte or matcha served with milk of your choice, topped with a waffle crisp.
• Lover or Mine: Dark chocolate cherry pistachio syrup in a latte or matcha served with your milk of choice, topped with onyx powder.

New in the lineup: Gotiti ☕️🍯

We taste mango, wildflower honey, and cinnamon bun. 🥭

This coffee comes from Gotiti, a small farming community in Gedeb, Yirgacheffe, Ethiopia. It’s grown by Gedeo farmers on tiny plots, often less than a hectare, shaded by false banana and acacia trees that naturally enrich the soil.

It’s a communal, forest-grown tradition, and that mix of altitude, shade, and heirloom varieties gives these beans their light, floral character.
