First Course
Sourdough, smoked butter, olive oil
Chorizo popcorn, smoked paprika
Served with Champagne Rosé

Second Course
Spanner crab slider, avocado, brioche, chives, iceberg lettuce
Seared scallop, cauliflower purée, hazelnut, brown butter
