We will be back out and about after Easter. We are currently trying new recipes for you to try. This carrot cake is to die for. I can’t wait for you all to try it. Look out for James and the van during Canowndra Balloon Challenge week.

Day 1 done. And what a great day it was. Loved meeting all the new customers and hearing where they are from and how long they have been going to the Elvis festival. Not all people here are huge Elvis fans but they all sure do live a great time.
Thank you to everyone that came and saw us today and we can’t wait to see you at 7am tomorrow. Fresh batch of muffins out of the oven. Banana, Chocolate and mixed berrys for tomorrow.

Happy new year to all our followers and supporters.
The new year brings a new event. Next week Jimbob’s coffee van will be supporting Spicer Caravan Park during the Elvis Festival. We will be set up near the BBQ area. All are welcome to come in grab a coffee and enjoy what Parkes has to offer.
