Whatever the occasion, we have a banquet for it. Our $55 Essentials Banquet is the perfect midweek spread, available Tuesday to Thursday. Our $75 Signature Banquet is built for groups who want the full Central experience. And our $135 Executive Banquet is for those occasions that deserve something truly special.

Brisbane’s favourite after-dark playground is back. And Central 中環 is in it.

Night Feast is on now until 23 August at Brisbane Powerhouse, an immersive month-long celebration of food, art and music in its first ever winter season. We brought the Central signatures and a few dishes made just for it. Our Gold Coast sister restaurant Norté is part of the lineup too.

The Sun Palace. A Negroni with a different kind of soul.

Coconut fat-washed Havana 7 Dark Rum, Sweet Vermouth and Campari. The classic bitter backbone of a Negroni, softened by the richness of coconut and the depth of aged rum. Silky, bittersweet and topped with a fortune cookie for good measure.

Crispy skin. A lot of technique behind it.

Our Shandong Crispy Skin Chicken draws on the refined tradition of Lu cuisine, one of China’s oldest and most influential culinary schools, known for its balance of salt, sweet, sour and heat. Sand ginger brings a fragrant, camphor-like warmth that regular ginger simply cannot. Aged vinegar cuts through the richness. Crispy G*i Lan finishes it with texture and a clean bitterness.
