Sometimes the smallest conversations have the biggest impact💛

Last Sunday, a customer named Jason ordered some donuts and
we told him he was officially Sugar-Kissed 😏💋🍩

As we chatted about our World Donut Month campaign and how a portion of every sale supports mental fitness through Gotcha4Life, he immediately reached into his wallet and offered an extra donation.

Not because we asked.
Not because we expected it.
Simply because the story resonated with him.

It's moments like these that remind us that kindness is
contagious.

🥈 National recognition for the humble cinnamon donut 🍩💖

We’re incredibly proud to share some exciting news from the OMG! Decadent Donuts family.

At the 2026 Baking Association Australia National Donut Competition,
OMG! Decadent Donuts was awarded 🥈SILVER🥈in Australia’s Best Cinnamon Donut category.

And what makes this achievement even more remarkable is that this wasn’t a gluten-free category.

It wasn’t a vegan category.

It was a blind tasting against traditional cinnamon donuts, judged purely on flavour, texture and overall deliciousness.

For years we’ve believed that nobody should have to miss out on a great donut because of dietary requirements.

This award is recognition that allergy-friendly, gluten-free and vegan donuts can stand proudly alongside any donut in Australia.

As an OMG Casey business owner, that makes me incredibly proud.

Every week we see customers light up when they discover they can finally enjoy a warm, fluffy donut again.

This award belongs to every person who has trusted us with birthdays, family gatherings, workplace morning teas, market visits and special moments over the years 💖

And while we’re busy celebrating World Donut Month and spreading a little Sugar-Kissed joy throughout June, it’s lovely to pause and celebrate this achievement too.

🐶 Meet REN… one of our most loyal customers 😍🍩

Every Sunday at Akoonah Park Market , Ren arrives with her lovely human Rebecca.

Now Rebecca might tell you they’re there to enjoy the market.

But we’re fairly sure Ren is the one in charge and she’s bringing Rebecca along for her weekly donut fix 😏🤣

Renn has become one of those familiar faces that makes market mornings so special.

She’s beautifully behaved, incredibly patient and has perfected the art of catching a piece of donut mid-air.

As we’ve been celebrating World Donut Month and sharing Sugar-Kissed moments throughout June, we’ve realised some of our favourite moments aren’t always about donuts.

Sometimes they’re about the wonderful people and pets we meet along the way 💖

As we packed up TP this afternoon, we found ourselves reflecting on all the little moments that made today special.

The smiles.

The conversations.

The familiar faces returning for another donut fix.

The new faces discovering OMG Casey for the very first time.

The families, friends and community groups who stopped by to share a little sugar-kissed joy together.

It’s easy to think a donut business is about donuts.

But weekends like this remind us it’s really about people.

And we’re incredibly grateful to every single person who chose to spend a little part of their Sunday with us 💗

One of the most meaningful conversations we had on launch day wasn't actually about donuts 🍩💛

A local police officer stopped by our stall, picked up a Sugar-Kissed Keepsake Card and scanned the QR code to learn more about Gotcha4Life.

What he loved most?

The education programs they deliver in schools.

And honestly, that resonated deeply with us too.

As many of you know, before donuts there was teaching, training and education. I've spent much of my career helping people learn, grow and build confidence.

That's one of the reasons Gotcha4Life felt like such a natural fit for our Sugar-Kissed & Giving Back campaign.

Their work reminds us that connection matters.

Conversations matter.

Community matters.

And sometimes the smallest interactions can have the biggest impact.

On Sunday we launched World Donut Month and something unexpected happened...

People genuinely loved being officially Sugar-Kissed 😭💋🍩 We see you Carina, Justin and gorgeous little Geordie

They smiled when they received a keepsake card.
They grabbed colouring sheets for the kids.
They posed for photos.
They shared the story with family and friends.

And it got us thinking...

What does it actually mean to be Sugar-Kissed?

For us, it's those little moments of connection that happen every day but are easy to overlook.

A conversation.
A smile.
A shared treat.
A moment of kindness.
A chance to slow down and enjoy being together.

Today was… wow 😭💋🍩

We honestly don’t know where to begin.

From the moment we opened, the smiles, conversations, queues and support from our beautiful community just kept coming.

Today we watched people stop, smile, gather together and embrace this little Sugar-Kissed idea in ways we never imagined 💖

One by one…

customers were officially Sugar-Kissed 😏💋

Watching people smile when we handed them a keepsake card, seeing families take colouring sheets for the kids and sharing the story behind World Donut Month was something really special.

We sold a LOT of donuts today.

But the thing we’ll remember most?

The people.

Thank you for embracing this little idea and helping us kick off World Donut Month in the most beautiful way possible 💖

Today felt like more than donuts.

It felt like community.

And for that, we’re incredibly grateful 💗🍩
