The Gotcha4Life 24 hour row is back, and Moruya SLSC is proud to be getting behind this incredible event again.
From 12 noon Saturday 12 September to 12 noon Sunday 13 September, theyโll keep the rowing machines moving for a full 24 hours; raising funds and awareness for mental health and reminding our community of something pretty important: No one has to do things alone.
Last year, one of the best things about the 24HR Row was that no one rowed alone. Whether it was the middle of the day or the middle of the night, there was always someone alongside them; rowing, chatting, encouraging and checking in.
Thatโs exactly what this event is all about.

๐ฐ Help raise funds for Gotcha4Life
โ Come down for a coffee, acai bowl or something to eat and support friends.
๐ฌ Most importantly, start a conversation and check in with someone around you.
You donโt need to be a rower. You donโt need to be super fit. You just need to be willing to be part of something bigger than yourself.
