Just another busy day at Food Voyageur 🎂✨

We’ve made our Jack Daniel’s cake plenty of times… but today someone asked us for a Jim Beam version and I was like, why have we never done this before?! 😂🥃

The team is also getting birthday cake box favours ready, our chocolate cupcakes are heading out (if you know, you KNOW 🤎🧁), and there are plenty of deliveries leaving the kitchen today.

I love walking around the kitchen and seeing completely different orders being created at the same time.

After discovering that our cake images were being used, we started looking a little closer…

And it wasn’t just one image.

Our cake designs, product names and photos were being used too — making it look like the cakes were theirs.

We put so much work into every creation, so seeing our work presented as someone else’s was something we never expected.

I genuinely never thought this would happen.

Every cake you see on the Food Voyageur website is a cake we’ve actually made — photographed, designed and created by us.
Then one day, I got an email from a much bigger bakery telling me someone was using our images…

So I went to look.

And what I found was SO much more than just a copied photo. 😳

It was the images, the product names, the designs… the whole thing.

Honestly, if you told me when I first started Food Voyageur that one day we’d have TWO delivery vans, I probably wouldn’t have believed you.

We started with one van, and now look at us… two vans on the road! 🥹

It’s not just about having another vehicle. It’s a reminder of how much the business has grown, the hard work that goes on behind the scenes, and all the beautiful customers who have supported us along the way.

Sometimes I have to stop and think… How did we get here? 🤍

And honestly, I’m so grateful.
