Jing Jiang Rou Si (Shredded Pork in Beijing Sauce) is a beloved classic of Beijing cuisine. 🥩 We use premium lean pork, stir-fried with sweet bean sauce, spring onions, ginger, and traditional spices, using the “sauce-bursting” technique – one of the six signature stir-fry methods of northern China. The result is a dish that’s perfectly balanced between savory and sweet, with an intense, aromatic sauce and tender pork. Served with warm, soft pancakes for wrapping, every bite is deeply satisfying.
