I am back from my holiday and I am super excited to share my next recipe together with . Together we want to show you how to create more climate friendly versions of your favourite traditional recipes. Up today: Buchteln, fluffy buns filled with jam. 😍

This recipe is without eggs, uses margarine instead of butter and uses plant milk instead of normal milk. And the best thing about it: with inoqo we calculated that it saves 2/3 of C02 compared to the original recipe! 🌱

**PLANT-BASED KAISERSCHMARRN**⁠
I’m super excited to present my next recipe together with 🌱 Together we want to show you how to create more climate-friendly alternatives to your favourite traditional recipes. This time it’s the Kaiserschmarrn, a very fluffy pancake from Austria 😍⁠

My version of the Kaiserschmarrn uses margarine, instead of butter, plant milk instead of normal milk and aquafaba (the water from chickpeas) instead of eggs😋 And it's just as tasty and delicious as the original AND the best thing about it: 🙌With inoqo we calculated that this plant-based recipe has ⅔ less C02 compared to the traditional Kaierscharrn 🙌⁠ ⁠

Strawberry time feat 🍓⁠

It's strawberry season, so I'm super happy to announce that I not only have one but two new recipes for you since I partnered with two amazing ladies Lina and Leonie from

Together we came up with two strawberry recipes⁠
1️⃣ As main dish, a wonderful strawberry risotto by me⁠
2️⃣ As dessert, Eton mess by ⁠

I've been a fan of STUDIO VE since day one and immediately fell in love with their creative and dreamy food photography. STUDIO VE is space where Lina and Leonie share their love for cooking and lots of vegan and vegetarian recipes. Please make sure to check them out 😍⁠

With regards to the strawberry risotto, I know it sounds very unusual, but trust me, it will be one of the best risotto recipes you will ever try! I learnt how to make it during my exchange semester in Milan and I've been in love with it ever since. It's savory and sour and sweet at the same time and just a joy to look at. **STRAWBERRY DUMPLINGS**⁠
Strawberry season has officially begun in Austria. Brace yourself for lots of strawberry recipes from my side;) ⁠
What better way to celebrate this wonderful fruit than with some amazing strawberry dumplings aka ̈del! 🍓🍓🍓⁠

Not only is this recipe super tasty, but also a bit unconventional, since I use tofu as a substitute for cream cheese. I know it sounds weird, but trust me, it's so good! The tofu will give the dumplings a very light and fluffy texture. 😎⁠

Did you know that rhubarb is actually a vegetable 😮⁠

Regardless of the nature of it, I absolutely love the combination of rhubarb and chocolate, so I came up with this rhubarb brownies recipe for you 😍⁠

For me, it’s the perfect recipe to welcome spring and summer. It’s super easy, it’s quick, it’s fudgy, it’s delicious, and super pretty to look at. You can even make it gluten-free if you wish to ;) ⁠

This pasta is probably one of the recipes I’m proudest of - I think I’ve tested it 7 times already to create the perfect version for you and also askey my entire family for feedback - it’s sooo good, I still can’t believe it 😋 AND the best thing about it: With inoqo we calculated that you save ⅔ of C02 compared to the traditional Carbonara with eggs, pancetta and pecorino.⁠ 🙌⁠

**WILD GARLIC RISOTTO WITH APPLES AND WALNUTS**⁠
One of my favorite spring ingredients is wild garlic 🌱 It's tasty, it’s incredibly healthy, it's abundant. I usually love to eat it in salads or soups but for this year, I wanted to change up my game a bit. Hence I came up with this recipe: a wild garlic risotto with apples and walnuts 😍⁠

The subtle sourness of the apples and the mild walnut flavor create a wonderful depth and blend in perfectly with the wild garlic. Since I came up with this recipe, I already made it four times 😅 I hope you enjoy it as much as I do😋⁠

For those of you who can't get wild garlic, you can simply use a different herb, such as parsley 😃⁠

Until I am finishing up my wild garlic risotto with apples and walnuts recipe for you, I have an old recipe for you, that you can adapt using wild garlic: potato noodles 😍⁠

Simply substitute the herbs in the recipe with wild garlic and you have a perfect spring dinner 💚 You can find the full recipe on my blog (link in bio).⁠
