Yes I come to Colombia over again . We will start a great project in our Coffee farm , it has been of working a lot in different projects . We have an incredible barista pool supporting this project , Business partners as and in the popup and pastry operations . It is just the start . I do love my job

Just me — behind the bar, still a student of coffee.

Every day I step in thinking I understand a little more… and every day coffee reminds me how deep this world really is. That’s the beauty of it.

I learn from conversations, from mistakes, from curiosity — but above all, from the incredible coffee producers. They are the true teachers, the ones who give meaning to everything we do in the cup.

Thank you to everyone who has been part of this journey, who has shared their knowledge, their energy, and their passion. This path wouldn’t be the same without you.

From a dream to a cup ☕️
I’m Sergio, founder of Don Joaco Coffee in Vienna, and this is Tito Velasquez , my father , coffee producer from our farm and master mind behind.

Ten years ago, we started with the dream of bringing our coffee across the boarders.
Today, after opening our shop, we’ve worked with more than five different origins.

Tito , our producer in Colombia, get to know other Coffee producers and carefully selects each lot and truly understands how to bring out the best of Colombian coffee.

None of this would be possible without the hard work and trust of many local coffee producers.
This is what Direct Trade looks like — real people, real relationships, real coffee. 🤍
