MEET THE VIOLET

Staff favourite.
A little unexpected. A lot of character.

Aperol, bourbon & a touch of Amaro Montenegro —
served in a Tiki glass, because… why not?

A perfect dish for the late summer: Mediterranean Fish Soup. Aioli. Roasted bread.

Quality ingredients make a great dish — we just get out of the way.

BLACK ORANGE NEGRONI

Character doesn’t come from complexity.
It comes from balance.

Botanicals of gin.
The bitter edge of Campari.
The sweetness and spice of vermouth.

Equal measure. Perfect tension.
That’s the Negroni.

Ragu, like everyone knows it — veal, beef, a touch of mascarpone and pecorino.

The best modernized classic. No shortcuts. Just devotion. 🍝
This is Bolognese, canonized.

No dessert? **We’ve got a better idea.**

When the sweet tooth hits, skip the cake and let Bernd take over the bar.

Shaken, creamy, a little indulgent — **dessert, but make it Superstanza.**

A little shake. A little sour. A whole lot of Aperol.
Smooth, bittersweet and made to set the mood.
Aperol Sour — the Superstanza way.

Artichoke, steamed whole. Estragon dip on the side.
We didn’t cut it down. We let it keep its personality.
Some ingredients don’t need to be tamed — just respected.

It’s not about perfection.
Only about the vibe.
The right people. The right table. A glass in hand and nowhere else to be.
Come for the food. Stay for the feeling.
